Meta Platform & Integration Data
When you connect your Meta Business accounts, we access data via Meta APIs (such as WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Graph API, Facebook Messenger API, and Meta Ads Management/Conversions API). This includes:
- Business profile details and Page IDs.
- Incoming and outgoing messages, interaction history, and customer identifiers across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and Facebook Messenger.
- Meta Ads campaign metadata, ad IDs, click IDs (CTWA CLID), conversion events, and ad analytics metrics.
System & Usage Data
IP addresses, browser types, log files, access timestamps, and device identifiers collected automatically to maintain system security and operational integrity.

Aggregating WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger conversations into a single centralized inbox.
Lead Qualification & Automation
Processing inbound interactions with AI-assisted workflows to categorize leads, compute intent scores, and assign conversations to designated team members.
Advertising Analytics & Optimization
Mapping inbound customer leads back to corresponding Meta Ads to compute performance metrics (such as Cost Per Lead and ROAS) and transmitting conversion event signals via Meta Conversions API (CAPI).
Platform Security
Authenticating user sessions, enforcing tenant isolation, monitoring for abuse, and maintaining comprehensive audit logs.
3. Meta Data Use, Security, and Compliance
Our platform adheres strictly to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies:
Limited Purpose Access: We request only the API permissions necessary to execute features you explicitly activate (e.g., inbox synchronization, campaign performance reporting, or conversion tracking).
No Unauthorized Sharing or Sale: We do not sell, rent, broker, or trade your Meta account data, customer conversation history, or personal data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
No Unauthorized AI Model Training: We do not use your private business conversations or customer personal data to train public foundation AI models without explicit authorization.
Tenant Scoping: All Meta data is strictly isolated within your organization’s dedicated workspace.

We share information only under the following operational circumstances:
- Platform Integrations: Transmitting conversion signals or messaging requests to Meta APIs or other authorized third-party integrations (such as e-commerce platforms or payment gateways) as configured by your organization.
